Rusty Chambers

Rusty Chambers is the Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Lipscomb & Pitts Insurance, a Higginbotham Company, where they focus on employee benefits consulting. An alumnus of Arkansas State University, Rusty studied Marketing with an emphasis in Management and was active in Student Government and the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. Previously, they served as Vice President of Employee Benefits at Insurance Network for 15 years, building one of the largest practices in the state, and were an owner and partner at Cornerstone Insurance before its merger with Lipscomb & Pitts. Currently, Rusty aids businesses in identifying cost drivers in benefits programs to optimize financial outcomes and enhance human capital returns.
