Tim Flatt

Tim Flatt, MBA has extensive experience in the employee benefits industry. Tim began their career in 2011 as a Senior Advisor at MMA Insurance Agency, a Marsh & McLennan Company. In 2014, they joined MHBT as a Benefits Consultant and worked there until 2019. Tim is currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Employee Benefits at Higginbotham, a position they have held since September 2019.

Tim Flatt, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Strategic Business Development from Abilene Christian University in 1991. Tim also attended Robert E Lee High School and Talmadge High, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for these schools.
