Tom McDonnell is a strategic leader with extensive experience in diverse industries. They serve as the President & CEO of The Refuge Group, overseeing a collective of family-owned businesses, and as Managing Director of Program Development at Higginbotham, where they focus on innovative insurance models. Tom also holds principal roles at GC Logistics and Trace Advisory Group, providing a range of services to clients across the United States. Additionally, they have been a board member at Medical Grade Innovations since 2014. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi.
