We help Electronics, Embedded Software and Electric Drives Engineers take the next step in their career.

Do you turn to a recruitment agency because you want lots of vaguely matched options to spend time sifting through, or because they should understand your needs/requirements and present you with an accurate shortlist which saves you time and effort?

When taking a vacancy to market, in order to attract the best candidates, a careful approach is often required. This is particularly true in candidate short markets where care & nurture must be prioritised over pace & noise.

Our record shows that over 80% of the candidates we have presented to our clients have reached the final interview stage, and since opening in 2019, over 90% of the people we have ever placed into a new role are still with the same employer - we think this proves we not only listen, but we understand and ensure your requirements are the primary focus.
