Higginsongrey Ltd has a two tier approach to business. Primarily we are a main contractor acting for end users and developers alike. We are able to offer a turn key solution which consists of Architectural, Interior Design services, Project Management and Quantity Surveying in the niche market that is high-end residential development. We directly employ our tradesmen to ensure our quality is of the highest standard. We have access to the best craftsmen and artisans in the market and can tailor a residence to suit the clients brief and budget.

The second string to our bow consists of our own property development. We are able to ascertain the commercial viability to any development using detailed analysis of the costs, quality and time frame at the outset. Through value engineering and ingenious design we identify opportunities where we can add value. This allows for a greater choice of property that is available to suit the specific investment requirements.

Development options include alternative use of commercial property, redevelopment and exploring planning potential for redevelopment.
