Jo Walker

Jo Walker is a Principal Associate at Higgs LLP, where they have worked since 2021, building on over 18 years of experience in employment law, particularly in TUPE and contentious matters. They collaborate closely with the Corporate Team to advise on the employment aspects of business transactions, especially in the healthcare sector. Jo regularly conducts training sessions on various employment law topics and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. Prior to their current role, Jo served as an Associate at Higgs and Sons from 2004 to 2021 and held positions at Pinsent Masons and Andersen Legal Garratts. Jo holds an LLB in Law & Business Studies from the University of Birmingham and a Legal Practice Course qualification from Northumbria University.
