Eric Goodman is the Founder of both WarmUp, Inc. and FullStack Counsel, LLC, providing fractional general counsel and transaction support services to a diverse range of clients. They served as a Partner at Ice Miller LLP from 2008 to 2022, where they specialized in negotiating complex business transactions across various sectors. Currently, they are the General Counsel and Vice President at High Alpha, assisting founders in advancing business concepts from MVP to exit. Eric is also a former Chairman of the Board of The Techpoint Foundation for Youth, dedicated to expanding STEM learning opportunities for Indiana's underserved youth. They hold degrees from the Indiana University School of Law and the Kelley School of Business, as well as an A.B. in Economics and Spanish from the University of Michigan.
