Ryan Files has a diverse work background primarily in digital marketing. Ryan currently holds the position of Vice President, Sales at High Level Marketing, where they oversee the sales department. Prior to that, they worked at Bell Media, LLC, where they held various roles including Executive Digital Consultant, Regional Team Lead, Lead Digital Consultant, Senior Digital Consultant, and Account Executive. At Bell Media, their responsibilities included creating and managing successful digital marketing campaigns and providing consultation to help businesses grow. Ryan also worked as an Account Executive at AL.com, an Account Executive at Rooms To Go, and as a Member at Iron Tribe. In these roles, they focused on sales, customer service, and providing creative solutions for clients.

Ryan Files attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 2012 to 2014, where they studied Mass Communication/Media Studies but did not obtain a degree. Prior to that, they attended Wallace State Community College - Hanceville from 2009 to 2011, although the specific field of study is unknown. Additionally, Ryan has obtained various certifications from Google, including Mobile Advertising, Display Advertising, Adwords Fundamentals, Search Advertising, Google Analytics, and they became Google Adwords Certified in January 2016.
