William Stuart

William Stuart has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. William began their career as a Computer and Networking Technician at Specialty Service Systems, Inc. in 1998 and continued in this role until 2002. From there, Stuart joined National Security Group, Inc. as the Vice President of Information Technology and held this position for over 20 years. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Technology Officer at High Level Marketing | Digital Marketing since 2023.

William Stuart began their education in 1999 at Troy University, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems in 2002. William then pursued further education at the University of Liverpool, starting in 2009 and completing in 2011, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Information Systems Management. Additionally, during their time at Troy University, they also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, specializing in Management Information Systems and Services. Similarly, at the University of Liverpool, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science.
