Philip Ferro is an experienced construction professional with a diverse background in project management and site supervision across various sectors. Serving as Construction Manager at High Performance Homes since January 2011, Philip specializes in the transformation of Condos, Lofts, and Brownstones through sustainable design and eco-conscious practices. Prior experience includes roles as Construction Analyst/Project Supervisor at Tri City Peoples Corporation, where Philip focused on task tracking, job cost estimating for low-income housing rehabilitation, and as Site Supervisor at all*tech and Construction Manager at Impact Development. Philip also owned Rescon Residential Construction from January 1992 to March 2003. Philip has completed the OSHA Trainer Course, enhancing safety and compliance expertise.
