Melanie Saunders is an independent education and leadership consultant who has worked with various local authorities, schools, and professional learning organizations since 2016. Previously, Melanie served as a Deputy Headteacher at The Philip Morant School and held several leadership positions in educational strategy with Hampshire County Council. With experience as a headteacher and interim chair of improvement boards, Melanie possesses both practical and academic insights into school leadership and governance. Currently, Melanie is also the Chief Education Adviser for High Performance Learning and continues to contribute to educational publications and reviews.
