Stefania Vasconcellos

Stefania Vasconcellos is a Brazilian writer, director, and producer based in Los Angeles. After graduating in theater from TEPA (Theatre School of Porto Alegre), they gained experience as an actress and dancer in Brazil before pursuing filmmaking in Rio de Janeiro, where they completed the Film Directing program at Darcy Ribeiro Film School. Stefania has directed several short films, including "Boa Noite," "Meu," and "No Caminho Dos Pés," the latter of which garnered international acclaim by participating in over 30 festivals. Their debut feature film, "The French Teacher," won the "Artistic Direction Award" at the Edera Film Festival and has been featured in various global festivals. Currently, Stefania is a Director/Writer/Producer at Prisma Studios and has recently completed their second feature film, "Nobody Wants To Be Just Ordinary," which is in post-production.
