Matt K. is an experienced Lead UX designer and Founder of UX Lift, a curated collection of articles and resources related to UX and design. With a background in graphic design, Matt has held various management and leadership roles in companies such as ao.com, Mumsnet, Illustrators.co, and NDP Studio. Matt has a strong focus on understanding user needs and delivering products that meet those needs. Matt also holds a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Leadership & Management from the Chartered Management Institute.
