Wayne Cross

Wayne Cross has a diverse background in recruitment, career counseling, and academic support, with experience spanning from 2009 to the present. At Aston Carter, Wayne served as a Recruiter, leading a team and sourcing candidates for various positions. Previous roles include temporary Sales Representative at Southern California Rental Housing Association and a range of counseling and administrative positions at Penn State University, where Wayne coached students, managed schedules, and contributed to career development initiatives. Wayne's current position as Lead Academic Coach at High Tech High builds on a solid foundation of academic advising and support, highlighted by a Master’s Degree in Counselor Education with a focus on Career Counseling from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of San Diego.
