Alejandro Navarrete has been in the technology industry since 2008. Alejandro began their career at Best Buy, where they worked as a Computer & Tablet Specialist from 2008 to 2011. Alejandro then moved to Integra Technologies, where they worked as a Wafer Operator/Inspector from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they joined High Touch Technologies, where they have held a number of roles, including Technical Engineering Supervisor, Lead System Engineer, System Engineer, Project Engineer, and Senior Client Support Specialist. In their role as Senior Client Support Specialist, they provided tier 1 and tier 2 level technical support and assistance to end user clients, troubleshooting software and hardware problems and providing information and answering questions to support clients.
