Christa Knapp

Christa Knapp has worked in the software industry since 2014. Christa began their career at Digital Measures as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where they were responsible for ensuring high quality software through functional, regression and performance testing. Additionally, they consulted with project teams on business features and designed user interface automation using Java and Selenium. Christa also held the role of Client Support Software Developer at Digital Measures. In 2019, they transitioned to High Touch Technologies as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, where they were responsible for ensuring that products are as close to bug-free as possible prior to release. Christa maintained a structured set of test plans and could regression test the entire product using various industry-standard testing techniques.

Christa Knapp obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from Mars Hill University between 2011 and 2014, and their Associate of Arts (A.A.) in College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program from Southwestern Community College between 2007 and 2011. Christa also holds certifications from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB), GenRocket, and Digital Measures. The ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) was obtained in October 2018, the GenRocket GCE Certification was obtained in March 2020, and the Digital Measures Activity Insight Certification was obtained in October 2016.
