Andrew Wagner

Andrew Wagner is the current Implementation Lead at Higharc. Andrew has previous experience working as an Area CAD Manager at Beazer Homes and a Architecture Product Manager/CAD Manager at C.P. Morgan.

At Beazer Homes, Andrew was responsible for leading a team in the creation and maintenance of all products in 6 divisions between Indiana and Florida. Andrew was also responsible for enforcing the company's CAD standards within the work being completed by their team. Andrew had input in developing the new CAD template and standards that is utilized today. Andrew would also create thorough production schedules based on approved online forms submitted by divisions and held biweekly phone conferences with divisions to discuss timelines of current schedules and future work. Lastly, they would produce all handout marketing materials and online interactive brochures with an outsourced company.

At C.P. Morgan, Andrew was responsible for maintaining the department hardware, software, and training budget. This included purchasing of all CAD equipment and software. Andrew was also responsible for creating, maintaining, and enforcing the department CAD standards. This included creating and maintaining the custom CAD interface, blocks, and other customizations within the CAD software. In addition, they were accountable for the creation and maintenance of nearly 500 floorplans (includes construction drawings, sales collaterals, option sheets, etc). This process included scheduling the entire process from start to finish by collaborating with the Estimating, Purchasing, Engineering, and Marketing departments. Andrew was also a member of the

Andrew Wagner has a BS in Computer Science from Southern Polytechnic State University and an AAS in CAD Design - Architecture from Ivy Tech Community College.
