Marcus Gonzalez has a diverse background in the construction and home building industry, with experience in project management, sales, and warranty services. Currently serving as the Builder Partnerships Lead at Higharc, Marcus is responsible for identifying and engaging with builders to ensure successful partnerships and product value enhancement. Prior to Higharc, Marcus held positions at Toll Brothers, Lennar/Village Builders, and Royce Homes, where Marcus demonstrated skills in managing teams, budgets, and community developments. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Business Administration from Sam Houston State University, Marcus brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their current role.
