Thomas Holt

Thomas Holt is the Co-Founder & Director of Visualization at Higharc. Thomas was previously the Creative/Art Director at Hi-Rez Studios from January 2014 to December 2018. Thomas is responsible for developing brand identity and establishing creative and visual direction.

Thomas developed a cohesive art style, brand identity and positioning, narrative for player experience, and production development strategy for the franchise under extremely tight technical constraints, project requirements, and the fast content delivery pace of a data driven, live service product across multiple platforms and regions (including China).

Thomas established project and studio goals and strategies around business metrics, consumer data, events, and regional needs for an active global franchise. Thomas also advanced digital, print, mobile, video, and web marketing assets and campaigns. Thomas interfaced with press and corporate partners to build the project’s international player community as well as its influencer and social media presence, and represented the studio and team at eSports and industry events.

Thomas built and structured a multi-discipline creative team as well as distributed development partnerships including budgeting, hiring and staffing, managing direct reports, training art leadership, and guiding career advancement and development.

Projects they have worked on include Paladins and SMITE.

Thomas Holt attended East Tennessee State University where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Technology, Animation, Illustration, and Multi Media. Thomas then transferred to The University of Georgia to pursue a degree in Computer Animation with a focus on Political Science/Pre-Law.
