Mark Gross

Co-Founder/CCO

Mark Gross is the Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer at Highdive Advertising. With a BFA in Advertising Design from Syracuse University, Mark began their career in NYC at RGA, where they designed movie titles and logos. They then honed their skills at Chiat/Day under the mentorship of Lee Clow, working with notable clients such as MTV and Reebok. After relocating to Chicago in 1993, Mark advanced from Art Director to Executive Creative Director at DDB, creating the award-winning "Real Men of Genius" campaign for Bud Light and leading projects for brands including McDonald's and Frito-Lay. Mark has received numerous accolades, including an Emmy and multiple Cannes Lions, and was recognized by Business Insider as one of the top 25 most creative people in advertising in 2012.
