Talon Gustafson is a Creative Director at both Highdive and Saatchi & Saatchi, roles they have held since 2022 and 2025, respectively. Prior to these positions, they worked at BBDO Worldwide as an Associate Creative Director from 2015 to 2022, advancing from Senior Copywriter to Copywriter during their time there. Talon has also freelanced in the creative field between 2010 and 2011. They earned a BFA in Graphic Design from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design from 1996 to 2000 and continued their education at Cranbrook Academy of Art from 2008 to 2010.
