Jonathan Smith is currently the Director of Program Operations at Higher Achievement, where they focus on transforming the lives of underserved youth through education and mentorship. They have a proven track record in program development, overseeing a significant operational budget and leading a team to implement impactful initiatives. Previously, they held positions as Center Director and Volunteer & Scholar Coordinator, where they excelled in driving scholar retention and collaborating with community partners. Jonathan also has experience in athletics and business operations, having served at Towson University and TEKsystems, respectively, and is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management with a minor in Business Administration.
