Higher Being Collective is a mentorship-driven nonprofit on a mission to empower women in the cannabis industry, with a dedicated focus on women with a focus on disabled entrepreneurs, equity-deserving communities, and emerging founders across Canada.

Founded by cannabis pioneer Abi Roach (Jane Dope, HotBox, OCS), Higher Being bridges the gap between vision and execution, infusing real business acumen, startup support, and mentorship into the cannabis space. We offer practical pathways to success through:

✅ 1:1 mentorship with leading cannabis professionals
✅ A business incubator with startup resources including incorporation, branding, and web tools
✅ Cannabis Education Guild certification & training modules
✅ Monthly networking events in-person and online
✅ An accessible digital portal offering tools, events, and community
✅ Real-time learning via fireside chats, pitch nights & co-op placements

📍We are proudly based in Toronto and rooted in the belief that empowered women grow empowered industries.

💡 Whether you’re looking to launch a cannabis brand, get mentorship, or build your network—Higher Being is your launchpad.

🎤 Join us for live events at Club LIT, Canada’s only legally operated cannabis lounge, and connect with top-tier cannabis leaders, operators, investors, and trailblazers.

We are actively partnering with licensed producers, tech innovators, educators, and wellness brands that share our commitment to equity, innovation, and sustainable leadership in cannabis.
