Daniel Phelps serves as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition & People Analytics at Genesys, where an international team has been developed to support the company's transformation into a Cloud-based technology leader. Under Daniel's leadership, the team has successfully onboarded over 1,600 new hires in the last year while prioritizing diversity in recruitment processes. Previous experience includes roles such as Executive Member at HIGHER Community, Advisor at FUSE Corps, and Vice President of People at Travana, where foundational HR infrastructure was built. Additional positions include Director of Global Talent Acquisition and International Director of People at Genesys and Say Media respectively, and Human Resources Manager at Wikimedia Foundation. Early career beginnings were established as HR & Office Manager at Double Fine Productions.
