James Mantle is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an Executive member at HIGHER Community since June 2023, James has previously held the position of VP Talent and Director of Talent Acquisition at Mews, a pioneering tech company in hospitality. Further back, James directed talent acquisition at Hudl, where focus was on enhancing performance in sports through innovative software and hardware. James's early career included significant contributions to ClearScore, Blenheim Chalcot, and several recruitment-focused roles at Agilisys, Volt Consulting Group, and Hays. James's foundation in leadership began as an Officer Cadet at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. James holds a BA in Ancient History and History from Swansea University and is pursuing further education with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
