Dan Küffer

Dan Küffer has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Dan is currently the VP of Customer Success at HIGHER DIGITAL Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Think, where they held several positions including SVP Shared Services, Chief of Staff, VP Consulting Services, and Senior Project Manager. In these roles, they implemented various strategies and initiatives to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance employee retention. Before their time at Think, Küffer served in the Australian Army for over two decades, holding positions such as Lieutenant Colonel, Senior Operations Manager, Senior Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance & Electronic Warfare Officer, Staff Officer to Chief of Staff, Senior Instructor - Officer Training, and Program Lead - Vehicle Mounted Jammers. During their military career, they managed budgets, led teams, and contributed to important projects, both domestically and internationally.

Dan Küffer completed their education at several institutions. Dan obtained a Master of Management Studies in Project Management from UNSW from 2004 to 2008. In 2008, they also completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Strategy and Management at UNSW, as well as a Master's degree in Project Management from the Australian Command and Staff College. Earlier in their education, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Management Information Systems, General from UNSW from 1993 to 1995. Dan Küffer also holds certifications including CMMI Associate from CMMI, IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
