Fred Rocha

Fred Rocha is a seasoned information technology professional with extensive experience in higher education IT leadership. Currently, Fred serves as a Senior Consultant at HIGHER DIGITAL Inc. since March 2023. Prior to this role, Fred spent nearly six years as the Chief Information Technology Officer at Coast Community College District, where responsibilities included providing vision and leadership for technology integration aligned with district goals. Fred's career also includes managerial positions at North Orange County Community College District and the School of Continuing Education, focusing on IT applications support and academic computing. Fred holds a Master’s degree in Education from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Human Resources from Whittier College, along with certification as a Chief Information Services Officer.
