Dr. Bruce Moses is a community college innovator and results-focused education leader with nearly two decades of experience in higher education. They currently serve as the Superintendent/President/CEO at Palo Verde College while also functioning as a Peer Reviewer for the Higher Learning Commission and the Chief Executive Officer of Moses Consultant Services. Dr. Moses holds a Doctor of Education from Ferris State University and multiple degrees from Eastern Michigan University, including a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science, and a Master of Arts. A strong advocate for student achievement, Dr. Moses is dedicated to enhancing college and career readiness, workforce development, and equitable access for students from historically marginalized communities.
