Dharmendar K. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Dharmendar started their career at The Hello group, where they served as a Founding Partner, responsible for setting up operations and developing custom search software. After that, they founded Artmaya, an online shopping site for paintings, where they worked as a Founder. Dharmendar also worked as a Business Executive at Interactive Logicware and as a Software Developer at NeteSoft India Ltd. In 2001, they joined Spectrum Solutions, Inc. as a Software Engineer. Dharmendar then worked at Technovision as an Internet Consultant from 2002 to 2005. Dharmendar later joined Daksa Technologies, where they served as the Founder until 2017. During this time, they also worked at Real Magnet, LLC as a Senior Software Architect from 2002 to 2017. Currently, Dharmendar is the Principal Database Engineer at Higher Logic and also serves as an Advisor/Partner at Punya LLC.

Dharmendar K. completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur from 1990 to 1994. From 1996 to 1998, they pursued a Master of Business Administration in General Management from the Goa Institute of Management (GIM). In addition, they obtained various certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in March 2018, Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance in December 2017, R Programming from Coursera Verified Certificates in 2014, and Hortonworks Certified Hadoop Developer also in 2014.
