Mitchell Hill

Mitchell Hill is an experienced software quality assurance professional with a robust background in automation engineering. Currently serving as Software QA Manager at Higher Logic since October 2016, Mitchell has built and maintained automation frameworks, managed automated builds, and trained interns in automation best practices. Prior to this, Mitchell worked at Verizon as an IT QA Engineer and Automation Engineer from February 2013 to October 2016, where responsibilities included developing Selenium automation scripts, leading critical migration programs, and performing various testing types. Earlier experience includes an internship at the Allegany County Board of Education, focusing on troubleshooting and IT support. Mitchell holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Frostburg State University.
