Will Laco

Will Laco has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance, operations, and strategy roles. Will has held various positions at different companies over the years.

Will started their career at Credit Suisse in 2014 as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst. Will then continued to work at Credit Suisse as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group from 2015 to 2017.

After their time at Credit Suisse, Will joined JMI Equity in 2017. At JMI Equity, they worked as a Software Investor, starting as an Associate and later becoming a Senior Associate. Will was responsible for investing in software companies and working closely with management teams to create value.

In 2020, Will joined Higher Logic as the Director of Strategy & Operations. Will then advanced to the role of Senior Director of Strategy & Corporate Development in 2021. In 2022, they became the Vice President of Product & Strategy. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President of Finance & Operations.

Overall, Will Laco has a solid background in finance, private equity, and strategy, with a focus on software companies. Will has displayed a progression in their roles and responsibilities throughout their career.

Will Laco attended the University of Pennsylvania, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics. Prior to that, they studied at Landon School.
