Higher Profits Consulting (HPC) is a brand incubator and fractional commercial leadership firm engineered to build scalable revenue systems for beverage brands.

With 30+ years of combined commercial experience, we’ve launched, scaled, and repositioned brands across beer, wine, spirits, RTD, and functional categories—managing portfolios exceeding $265M+ in revenue and securing national distribution across the three-tier system.

We partner directly with founders and operators to install disciplined go-to-market strategy and execution.

What we build:

• Brand incubation & fractional commercial leadership
• Beverage distribution & route-to-market strategy
• Pricing architecture & margin optimization
• Broker and sales team management
• National account development & retail penetration
• Retail execution systems that drive velocity and repeat depletions
• Data-driven performance accountability

This is not brokerage.
This is embedded commercial leadership.

We operate nationally across major distributors, regional brokers, and on- and off-premise chains.

If you’re launching, expanding, or rebuilding your commercial infrastructure, let’s connect.
