Joyce Spano

Joyce Spano has a long history of work experience in the service industry. Joyce began their career in 1993 as the Owner/Manager of Nobody's Inn Bar & Restaurant Inc. where they were responsible for all business and financial operations of the 120 seat family style restaurant. In 2003, they moved on to Luxe European Salon & Day Spa as a Front Desk Coordinator. In 2014, they were hand-picked to coordinate the opening and ongoing management of the Exhale Spa's flagship location in New York City and was promoted to Spa & Fitness Director of the Grammercy Location after one year. During their time at Exhale Spa, they initiated and fostered professional relationships with VIP executives, entertainers, musicians, and influencers, and surpassed industry standard results in retail and service sales targets. Joyce also slashed front desk payroll costs by 10% and consistently met or exceeded monthly promotional sales and membership growth goals. Currently, they are the Spa Director of the NYC & Brooklyn locations for HigherDOSE.

Joyce Spano obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Ramapo College of New Jersey between 1985 and 1989, with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General.
