Tara Fleming

Tara Fleming is an experienced recruiter currently working at HigherEchelon, Inc. since November 2021, with previous experience as an Executive Recruiter at F-o-r-t-u-n-e Personnel Consultants of Troy from September 2018 to November 2021, where Tara focused on matching clients with quality opportunities across the United States. Prior to this, Tara held the position of Assistant Women's Basketball Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at the University of Detroit Mercy from May 2015 to April 2018, overseeing recruiting efforts and program operations within NCAA regulations. Additionally, Tara served as the Assistant Women's Basketball Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Canisius College from May 2006 to April 2015 and began coaching as a Student Assistant Coach at Youngstown State University from May 2005 to April 2006. Tara holds a Master's degree in Sports Administration from Canisius University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Youngstown State University.
