Mindy Heffner

In July 2021, Mindy Heffner joined HigherMe as a Client Support Team Lead after gaining experience as a Client Support Specialist. Prior to their current role, Mindy worked at Goldfish Swim School for nearly seven years, starting as a Swim Instructor and working their way up to General Manager. Mindy also has experience as a Server at The Ohio State Faculty Club and as a Lifeguard at YMCA. Mindy holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition in Industry from The Ohio State University, where Mindy graduated in 2015. Mindy attended Troy High School before pursuing their higher education.
