Michelle Hirons has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Michelle is the Founder and CEO of HigherRing, a company focused on hiring onshore workers for sustainable and well-paying positions. Michelle Hirons graduated from the University of Oregon in 1990 with a BA in Finance/Political Science. In 1988-1989, they also attended Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, specializing in International Business/Finance. In 2020, they completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program at Babson College, earning a graduate degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Additionally, they obtained various certifications in areas such as Agile Product Owner Role, Data Visualization Storytelling Essentials, and Supply Chain Management Fundamentals from Lynda.com in 2016.
