Victoria Yates

Victoria Yates is a content strategist at HigherVisibility since October 2021, bringing previous experience from roles such as housekeeper at Aunt Keys Apothecary and team member at Malco: Studio on the Square, where a passion for customer engagement was cultivated. Yates has also worked as a customer service associate at Varsity Spirit and a cocktail waitress at Magnolia Bluff. An early career in technology support was established as a help desk associate at Rhodes College, part of a work-study program. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a concentration in Professional Writing from The University of Memphis and attended Rhodes College prior to that, following a high school education at Cordova High School.
