Highland's experience in Multifamily Housing has benefited many clients' financial bottom line for workforce, affordable, and market rate communities. We have built, and are in the process of building, over 3,000 living units, many over concrete structured podiums, mid-rise infill, and high-rise concrete buildings.



Highland has extensive Commercial project experience, including Civic Centers, Police Headquarters Facilities, Health Care, Sea Water Wet Labs, Administrative Headquarters, and Educational buildings.
