I spent 20+ years as an economist working in international policy and strategy across Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
I understand complexity.
What I saw repeatedly and experienced myself was this:
Brilliant leaders operating under chronic pressure, with no training in regulating the nervous system that carries that weight.
Now I work with founders and leaders to refine the internal capacities that sustain external influence:
• Advanced breathwork
• Kriya-based somatic practices
• Meditation for decision clarity
• Nervous system regulation under pressure
This is not yoga for flexibility.
It is physiological leadership training.
Executive calm.
Embodied authority.
Regulated power.
Private engagements and small group programmes.
Online and in person.
Let's connect.
