Brian Bilicki

Brian Bilicki is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as the Manager of Digital Product Delivery at Highland since September 2025. Prior to this role, Brian was the VP of Engineering at Opensignal US, where leadership focused on enhancing network transparency. Brian's extensive experience at HERE Technologies included multiple directorial positions overseeing large engineering teams and significant projects in map feature extraction and 3D content development. An adept software engineer since the mid-1990s, Brian has contributed to major gaming and technology projects with companies such as High Voltage Software, Inland Productions, and Konami. Brian holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a Marketing Specification and a minor in Computer Science from Marquette University.
