Nikhil Soni has a diverse work experience, starting with a role at Dabur India Limited as a Sales Promoter in 2020. Nikhil then moved on to Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd as an Equity Trainee Advisor for a brief period. In 2021, they joined BYJU'S as a Business Development Associate and later advanced to the position of Senior Business Development Associate. During their time there, they were promoted to Sales Team Lead for the Byju's Tuition Centre -BTC business segment. In this role, they successfully built and trained a team of 5 sales associates and was responsible for driving revenue and achieving sales targets. Currently, Nikhil is working at HighLevel as a Customer Engagement specialist, starting in 2023.
Nikhil Soni began their education journey in 2014 when they enrolled in IPS Academy in Rajendra Nagar, Indore. Nikhil pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, completing it in 2018. During the same period, they also attended Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, where they obtained another BE degree in the same field.
In 2019, Nikhil furthered their education by enrolling in ITM Business School in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. Nikhil pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management, General. Their education at ITM Business School concluded in 2021.
