Chris Ducas is the Director of Venture Strategy, Business Design at Highline Beta. Chris has also worked as a partnerships researcher, sales specialist, and research manager. Chris Ducas has also co-founded and directed RockGarden Medicinals (2014) Inc.

Chris Ducas has completed a Master of Management Innovation & Entrepreneurship at the Smith School of Business at Queen's University, and a Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management (High Honours) with a specialization in Strategic Public Opinion and Policy Analysis from Carleton University.
