Eric McLaughlin

Eric McLaughlin currently serves as the Executive Vice President at Highline Construction Group, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, McLaughlin was Senior Vice President at Reis Contracting from November 2018 to March 2024 and held the title of Director of Business Development at Shawmut Design and Construction from August 2017 to November 2018. McLaughlin began professional career as Principal at EDM Real Estate, LLC in Boston from January 2004 to January 2008. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Northeastern University and participation in the Entrepreneurial Management Institute at Boston University. McLaughlin graduated from McDonogh School in 1997.
