Alyssa Wells

Alyssa Wells, MPH, currently serves as the Lead Clinical & Population Health Analyst at Highmark Health, contributing to the in-home palliative care program through data analysis and insights. Prior to this role, Alyssa held positions at VillageCare as a Senior Data Reporting Analyst, focusing on CMS Stars dashboard management and health data analysis, and at VillageMD as a Senior Analyst in Population Health Operations, collaborating with leadership and healthcare providers to enhance care strategies. Alyssa's experience also includes significant roles at Mercy Care, where as a Senior Population Health Analyst, initiatives targeting social determinants of health were developed, and at Florida Health as a Government Operations Consultant II, managing community health assessments.
