Andrew Hardy

Andrew Hardy is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in enterprise engineering and storage management. Currently serving as Lead Enterprise Engineer at Highmark Health since April 2020, Andrew collaborates with IT storage and server architects to enhance enterprise services. Previously, as Offshore Storage Team Manager at Cognizant, Andrew oversaw a team to ensure compliance with service level agreements and effective problem resolution. Andrew also held a role as Senior Technologist/SAN Engineer at American Water, managing enterprise storage and SAN systems. In addition to a diverse IT background, Andrew has extensive military experience, serving as First Sergeant in the Army National Guard and participating as an instructor and operations NCO. Andrew's educational background includes a Master of Science in Leadership and Information Technology from Duquesne University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Susquehanna University.
