Anthony Mittan is a Principal Strategist for Enterprise Change Management at Highmark Health, responsible for developing large-scale change strategies that facilitate business transformation. With extensive experience at Cerner Corporation as a Senior Organizational Change Consultant, Anthony led technology transformation initiatives and established change management practices impacting thousands of employees. Prior to that, as a Leadership Development Coordinator at Northwest Missouri State University, Anthony designed leadership programs and coordinated significant conferences. Anthony also has experience in marketing and event management through a role at Countryside Cinema. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. in Organizational Behavior Studies and a B.S. in Finance from Northwest Missouri State University, along with a Human Resources Leadership Certificate from Cornell University.
