Ayla Campbell

Ayla Campbell possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and labor relations, currently serving as Manager of TA Pipeline and Programs at Highmark Health since September 2018, where previous roles included Manager of TA Operations, Manager of Talent Acquisition, and Senior Talent Solutions Consultant. Prior to Highmark Health, Ayla worked at Transtar, LLC as a Labor Relations Representative, focusing on arbitration and mediation. Previous experience includes roles at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company, where Ayla led college recruitment efforts, and an internship at Penn State School of Labor and Employment Relations. Ayla's career began in the US Army, where responsibility included operations on communication systems. Ayla holds a B.S. and M.S. in Integrated Labor Studies and Employment Relations from Penn State University.
