Brian Karcher is a Director of Workplace Design at Highmark Health, where they focus on creating sustainable and innovative environments. Brian holds a Dual Master of Architecture and Master of Business Administration from Kent State University, where they also received recognition in multiple design competitions. Prior to their current role, Brian worked at IKM Inc. as a Project Architect and Project Designer, honing their collaborative and technical skills. With a commitment to enhancing workflow and fostering positive atmospheres, Brian continuously seeks to improve both their skills and those of their colleagues in the field of architecture.
