Bridgette Wiefling

Bridgette Wiefling is an accomplished healthcare leader currently serving as Senior Vice President of Clinical Transformation and Chief Medical Officer at Highmark Health since August 2022, where responsibility includes implementing the Living Health Clinical Strategy and fostering clinical transformation and provider engagement. Previously, Bridgette held significant roles at Rochester General Hospital and Rochester Regional Health, including Executive Vice President of Physician Enterprise, where strategic direction and clinical quality for a network of 1,200 physicians were managed. Additional positions held include Co-Director at Finger Lakes Performing Provider System and Chief Executive Officer at Anthony L. Jordan Health Corporation, among others. Bridgette holds a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Wisconsin College of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Slippery Rock University.
