Cameron Phillips is an experienced professional in product management and analytics, currently serving as the Director of Product Management for Customer Data & Insights at Highmark Health since June 2015. In this role, Cameron leads digital strategy initiatives for the My Highmark mobile app and Beneficity health navigation solution, while aligning digital experiences with business priorities. Previously, Cameron was the founding People Analytics leader, successfully scaling the team to 15 members and providing actionable insights to enhance business and employee outcomes. Additional experience includes managing financial planning and workforce strategy for a $250M business unit, as well as roles in analytics with CJ Logistics. Cameron holds a B.S. in Business & Economics from Lehigh University and an MBA from the University of North Dakota.
